M&T Bank, in partnership with the New Jersey Small Business Development Center, will be running the next version of its Multicultural Small Business Accelerator Program in Jersey City.
The seven-week program, which begins Oct. 1, is designed to develop a diverse set of businesses, promotes business and financial inclusion through empowerment, providing owners with access to information, tools, resources and connections they need to grow and thrive. Participants are presented with tools and opportunities to increase their visibility, accelerate their business and achieve success.
The program is limited to 30 participants and concludes with a “‘Shark Tank’-like” pitch competition, where participants can win cash prizes totaling $30,000.
Registration, which will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis, ends Sept. 5.
