The Advance Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp. on Tuesday said it leased 1.42 acres of industrial outdoor storage space at 1-23 Tompkins Point Road in Newark on behalf of Container World Corp.
Container World was represented by Matthew Phillips, director of asset services, and Anthony Rittwager, senior vice president, of the Advance Industrial Group at BRC. The landlord, Axis IOS, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.

The site’s proximity to Port Newark made it an ideal choice for drayage operations, ensuring efficient transport and logistics for our client,” Phillips said.
