Christie’s named exclusive agent for Morristown’s newest luxury rentals, Schuyler Lofts

Schuyler Lofts, Morristown’s newest and most anticipated luxury rental development, is now leasing its 26 units. Cara DiTommaso of Christie’s International Real Estate Group is serving as the property’s exclusive listing agent.

Located at 22 Schuyler Place in the heart of Morristown and developed by Winfield Properties, Schuyler Lofts offers premium living spaces in one of New Jersey’s most desirable locations, perfectly suited for urban-paced commuters and community-minded residents. Four stories high, the building boasts high-end stainless-steel appliances and modern finishes.

Residents will have access to a host of top-notch amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, wellness relaxation room with sauna, private lounge, community private terrace, coworking spaces and on-site retail spaces, including Kirshenbaum Baking Co.

This project marks Christie’s official launch into the Morristown luxury rental market, a sector its agents are particularly enthusiastic about.

“With Morristown ranked among the nation’s 100 Best Places to Live, I’m thrilled to lead this exclusive project for Christie’s,” DiTommaso said. “I’m proud to represent this project and look forward to introducing prospective residents to this extraordinary development.”

Winfield Properties Leasing Manager Nikki Biegel said: “We are excited to begin leasing for Schuyler Lofts and to partner with Christie’s International Real Estate Group as our exclusive listing agent. Christie’s brings unparalleled expertise and a prestigious reputation to the marketing and leasing of Schuyler Lofts. We are confident Cara will provide exceptional service and a seamless leasing experience to all prospective residents.”

Rents at Schuler lofts start at $2,975 for a one-bedroom and $3,650 for a two-bedroom. Move-ins are expected to begin in September.
