NAI James E. Hanson helps ink over 55K sq. ft. in leases in Parsippany

NAI James E. Hanson on Thursday said it recently helped negotiate multiple office leases totaling more than 55,000 square feet at 35 Waterview Blvd. in Parsippany.

Senior Vice President Susan Mason represented the owner, Parsippany-based YMP Real Estate Management, in the transactions.

One of the select transactions is a 12,090-square-foot lease with Wilmington Paper Corp., which relocated from Pine Brook.

“As we began to consider the next chapter in our company’s growth, we were searching for an innovative space with premium amenities that would match up well with our needs,” Christine Hunt, director of human resources at Wilmington Paper, said. “35 Waterview Blvd. checked all of our boxes and ensures that we can provide our team with an amazing environment conducive to success and productivity.”

Mason also negotiated leases with Edge New Jersey for 10,518 square feet; Di Cara Rubino Architects for 7,034 square feet; Anthea Labs for 6,424 square feet; MLM Hearing LLC for 6,982 square feet; as well as several lease renewals ranging from 1,819 to 7,589 square feet.

Conveniently located at the convergence of Interstates 80 and 287 and Routes 46 and 202, 35 Waterview Blvd. is a four-story, 172,498-square-foot professional office building. YMP Real Estate Management has invested significant capital into the property to appeal to tenants searching for modern yet upscale office space. The building features a recently renovated atrium lobby with flexible meeting areas; lounge seating; a conference center available to all tenants; an upgraded full-service café with corporate catering; and a new exterior courtyard seating area. Beyond the amenities, the owner’s commitment and ability to fund both the capital required for transactions and on-site management operations rounds out an unparalleled tenant experience.

“The leasing activity we’ve seen at 35 Waterview Blvd. is a testament to its transformation into one of the top corporate destinations in New Jersey. As businesses continue their ‘flight to quality’, Class A office buildings with amenities like 35 Waterview Blvd. are well-positioned to attract new tenants and retain current ones. We are excited to build upon our momentum and continue to welcome tenants in the coming months,” Mason said.
