NAI James E. Hanson on Thursday said it recently helped negotiate multiple office leases totaling more than 55,000 square feet at 35 Waterview Blvd. in Parsippany.
Senior Vice President Susan Mason represented the owner, Parsippany-based YMP Real Estate Management, in the transactions.
One of the select transactions is a 12,090-square-foot lease with Wilmington Paper Corp., which relocated from Pine Brook.

Conveniently located at the convergence of Interstates 80 and 287 and Routes 46 and 202, 35 Waterview Blvd. is a four-story, 172,498-square-foot professional office building.
