Momentum Dance Academy has signed a 2,750-square-foot retail lease at Echo Plaza Shopping Center, located at 901 Mountain Ave. in Springfield, according to a recent announcement from Larken Associates.
Brounell & Kramer Realtors represented Larken Associates and Coldwell Banker represented the tenant.
MDA is a dance school that provides its students with the opportunity to express their passion for the art and develop their skills as performers. The academy offers classes for a variety of genres, including ballet, tap, lyrical, pointe, modern and hip-hop taught by an experienced staff of instructors. In addition to two meticulously designed studios, MDA’s space features a lounge with convenient storage, dining and homework/study areas.
