Secaucus-based Quest Diagnostics completed its acquisition of select laboratory assets from Allina Health.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
As part of the deal, originally announced in June, Quest will provide laboratory services to Allina’s clinic physicians and outreach provider clients across Minnesota and Wisconsin.
