Holy Cow Burgers leases 2,570 sq. ft. in Woodland Park

Bussel Realty Corp. on Monday said it leased 2,570 square feet at 654 McBride Ave. in Woodland Park, an 8,000-square-foot retail/residential strip center, on behalf of Holy Cow Burgers.

Chandler Vanderbeek, vice president, and Connor Vanderbeek, vice president, of BRC Retail Services, represented Holy Cow Burgers in the transaction. The restaurant is expected to open its doors in early fall. The owner, 654 McBride LLC, was represented in-house.

“This will be Holy Cow Burgers’ first location in New Jersey, as they currently have nine locations across New York and Texas. Holy Cow Burgers are made with the highest-quality meat and offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, which will be a great addition to the Woodland Park community,” Connor Vanderbeek said.

With 123-feet of frontage on McBride Avenue, 654 McBride Ave. is located near Interstate 80 and comprised of 3,500 square feet of retail space and 3,796 square feet of residential space. Holy Cow Burgers joins co-tenant Tommy’s Taste of Italy at the property, which features 25 surface parking spaces.
