Admiral Metals takes 12K sq. ft. in Sparta flex building, moving location from Staten Island

Admiral Metals signed a lease for a 12,290-square-foot industrial/flex space located at 6 Aaron Way in Sparta, according to a Tuesday announcement from NAI James E. Hanson Senior Vice President John Schilp. Schlip represented the owner, Berardi Building Co., and Admiral Metals, in the exclusive transaction.
Schilp has overseen leasing and sales at White Lake Commerce Park since Berardi Building Co. began construction in 2019.

Admiral Metals is a leading metals processor and distributor offering aluminum, beryllium copper, brass, bronze, copper and stainless steel as well as precision cutting, grinding and extrusion services. Admiral Metals currently operates out of nine regional locations throughout the eastern U.S., including an office in Staten Island that will be relocated to 6 Aaron Way.

“The northern New Jersey market is continuing to emerge as a viable alternative to New York City’s ever-increasing rents,” Schilp said. “I am pleased to help Admiral Metals find a new location that better supports the needs of their business while further driving occupancy at this exceptional property.”

Situated within White Lake Commerce Park, the property is a newly-constructed 27,000-square-foot industrial property offering easy access to Routes 15 and 206, as well as Interstate 80. The space includes four 14-foot drive-in doors, a 24-foot clear ceiling height, column-free spacing, ample storage space and convenient on-site parking.
