Pre-leasing at Monte View at Pohatcong, a 120-unit multifamily community located in Warren County, is scheduled to welcome its first residents in November, according to a Monday announcement from its developer Larken Associates.
Located at 1001 Monte View Drive and nestled less than a mile from the New Jersey-Pennsylvania border, just off Interstate 78, Monte View at Pohatcong is set on a nine-acre site with three multi-story garden-style buildings alongside a four-story, elevator-equipped building with a ground-level clubhouse.

Select units will also offer a den, providing a versatile space ideal for a home office.
