New Jersey-based developer Woodmont Properties recently broke ground for the second phase of Woodmont Valley at Lower Macungie, a luxury rental community in the heart of Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley.
The expansion will add 10 buildings comprising 120 new carriage and apartment homes and over 13,000 square feet of commercial space across 14 acres, enhancing Woodmont Valley’s current offerings.
“Lower Macungie offers a unique blend of tranquility and convenience, making it an increasingly popular home choice for discerning Lehigh Valley renters,” Stephen Santola, Woodmont’s executive vice president and general counsel, said. “Woodmont Valley has become a vital part of this vibrant community, and we’re excited to build on that foundation with the second phase. This expansion underscores our commitment to enriching the Lehigh Valley with high-quality residential and commercial spaces that meet the needs of today’s residents and businesses.”
The second phase will include 10 buildings, two of which will be mixed-use buildings fronting Pennsylvania Route 100 and will contain approximately 13,300 square feet of prime retail space along with 21 one- and two-bedroom apartments above. The balance of the community will include 99 of Woodmont’s signature carriage homes designed to provide a luxury townhome living experience. All carriage homes will have two bedrooms, some with a den, and options for single and multi-floor living.
All residences will feature 10- to 12-foot ceilings, luxury wood-style plank flooring and sleek kitchens with quartz countertops, soft close cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and islands with counter seating. The residences will also include designer bathrooms with LED-illuminated mirrors and quartz countertops; full-size front-loading washers and dryers; and private patios or balconies. Select units will offer vaulted ceilings and integrated garages. Residents can access Woodmont Valley’s state-of-the-art amenities, including an elegant clubhouse and resident lounge; a sundeck with a heated pool; a terrace with a fire pit, barbecues and picnic areas; a strength and cardio center with on-demand virtual fitness classes; a game room; a theater; a bark park and indoor pet spa; 24/7 package concierge service; complimentary Wi-Fi in common areas; and walking trails.
Located at the intersection of Route 100 and Woodmont Circle at 3535 Grandview Drive, Woodmont Valley is neighbored by Weis Supermarket and offers convenient access to Interstate 78, Route 22, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Northeast Extension and the Philadelphia and New York City metropolitan areas.
