Woodmont Industrial Partners has fully leased 2 Terminal Road in Lyndhurst to Nemo Tile. The high-quality tile company will occupy the 30,046-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility, located at the intersection of Route 3 and 17, on a 65-month term.
Lee & Associates’ Michael Schaible and Troy Wisse represented Woodmont, and Newmark’s Daniel Reider represented the tenant in the transaction.
A multi-million-dollar comprehensive capital improvement program was completed earlier this year to upgrade the entire premises. Specific improvements include a new roof and front entrance; motion-sensor LED lighting; painting of the building’s interior and exterior; new paving and landscaping; 1,800 square feet of new office space and additional loading doors. The facility also features ample paved on-site parking, which includes 7 truck parking spots, a climate-controlled building and 18’ clear heights.
“The successful lease-up of 2 Terminal Road illustrates Woodmont’s expertise in delivering exceptional facilities tailored to meet tenants’ needs,” Anthony Amadeo, executive vice president of Woodmont, said. “Its prime location, with unparalleled access to New York City, the region’s ports, major highways and a skilled local workforce, reinforces the Meadowlands as a dominant force in New Jersey’s industrial market. As demand in the area continues to grow, we remain committed to providing high-quality facilities that elevate the region’s industrial landscape.”
Founded in 1921, Nemo Tile provides high-performance and design-driven stone and tile products for clients across the residential, retail, hospitality, healthcare and commercial real estate sectors. The property on Terminal Road expands the company’s current footprint, which includes showrooms in Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, and will serve as an office and warehouse for natural stone and porcelain slabs.
