In a milestone moment for one of the fastest-growing companies in the state, JAG Physical Therapy opened its 150th location with a ribbon-cutting in New Brunswick.
The company, which began with just a single outlet in 2003, has grown quickly. And while there are some locations outside of New Jersey, the great majority are here.
“Twenty-one years ago, I started the company in a small 1,800 square foot facility in West Orange, New Jersey,” Founder and CEO John Gallucci Jr. said. “I told my wife that one day, we were going to be the largest provider of outpatient physical therapy services in New Jersey and New York, and here we are opening up our 150th location.”
The latest ribbon-cutting reflects the company’s ongoing expansion and continued commitment to providing personalized care throughout the tri-state area, Gallucci said.
New Brunswick Mayor James Cahill agreed.
“It is a great pleasure to have JAG Physical Therapy here,” he said. “New Brunswick is well known for its health care, so the addition of JAG Physical Therapy, and your commitment to the quality of life of your patients and getting them back to their goals, aligns perfectly with the city’s dedication to promoting good health care in the city of New Brunswick.”
Clinical Director Maggie Webster said she is proud to bring JAG to New Brunswick.
“I am really honored to be a part of opening JAG in New Brunswick,” she said. “Rutgers brought me and my husband to New Brunswick five years ago. This community is really our home, and I am so excited to support Rutgers and the partnership with the students, the staff and be a resource to the people of New Brunswick.”
