ETS, a global education and talent solutions organization, recently announced that Sharon Strauss has joined the Princeton-based organization as its chief people officer. In her new role, Strauss will lead ETS’s human resource group with a focus on enabling its people to drive new products and services, expand into new markets and serve its customers.

Strauss joins ETS from Marigold where she served as chief people officer for six years in a fast growth environment, building the human resources infrastructure and leading the company’s change and integration efforts through numerous acquisitions. Throughout her career, she has held HR leadership positions at a wide range of public and private organizations including GetWellNetwork, GE, Tiffany & Co., and Citibank.
“Sharon is joining us with more than a decade of experience in Chief People Officer roles. She has been recognized for strengthening organizational health and collaborating across functions and regions to drive enterprise outcomes,” ETS CEO, Amit Sevak said. “Her track record to serve as a partner to build a strong global culture will be a great asset to ETS.”
An experienced human capital and change leader, Strauss brings decades of experience to the organization. She will oversee culture and engagement initiatives, talent acquisition, talent development, total rewards, organizational design, HR operations, and M&A integration.
