Bussel Realty Corp. on Monday said it sold 3141 Woodbridge Avenue in Edison, a 3,060-square-foot commercial building, to Fulton Rahway Associates for an undisclosed price. The purchaser will use the property for its industrial maintenance and supply business.
Anthony Mircovich, vice president of BRC represented the seller, 3141 Woodbridge Avenue Associates, in the transaction. The buyer was represented by Randy Eigen of CBRE.
3141 Woodbridge Avenue in Edison, is a 3,060-square-foot commercial property and provides immediate access to Exit 10 of the New Jersey Turnpike. The property features four drive-in bays, 15 parking spaces, and incredible traffic visibility with over 16,000 vehicles per day passing the site. It is also near Raritan Center Office & Industrial Park and Heller Industrial Park.
