Signature Acquisitions reports strong Q3 office leasing activity

Efforts include New 11,753 square-foot lease to Maintecy, a global data center services provider

Signature Acquisitions, which bills itself as one of the region’s most active and prestigious owners/managers of Class-A suburban office space, announced this week that it has negotiated six new, expanded and renewed office leases in four buildings across its portfolio in the third quarter of 2024.

Among the efforts:

  • Maintech, a global data center service provider, took a new 11,735-square-foot lease at 100 Walnut Avenue in Clark;
  • Textainer Holdings Limited, a container leasing company serving the global logistics supply chain industry, renewed their 3,742-square-foot lease at 6 Commerce Drive in Cranford;
  • Net Serpents, a computer training company, extended their lease at 1055 Parsippany Blvd.

Sandy Monaghan, SVP and Director of Asset Management at Signature Acquisitions, said she feels the company continues to attract and retain prestigious office tenants who are drawn to Signature’s focus on delivering superior value and tenant-focused management.

“In today’s competitive office market, tenants are increasingly attracted to premium, flexible Class-A office spaces, especially those backed by reliable ownership and a strong commitment to tenant service,” she said. “Our success is built on more than just providing excellent office environments—it’s about delivering significant value.

“This strategy continues to attract innovative, forward-thinking tenants to our portfolio of Class-A office buildings in prime locations in both New Jersey and on Long Island.”

The firm, based in Cranford, is one of the most active real estate owners/managers in the New Jersey and Long Island suburban office markets, with over four million square feet of Class-A buildings.
