Valley Medical Group announced it opened its new Integrative Medicine practice in Montvale that will offer chiropractic care and acupuncture services to patients who are on a healing journey or looking for pain relief.
Located at 141 North Kinderkamack Road, the facility will offer personalized treatment plans to each patient based on their individual medical needs and preferences.
Dr. Lori Nuzzi, with more than 30 years of chiropractic experience, will serve as the facility’s medical director of Integrative Medicine and as the practice’s chiropractor.
“Complimenting non-traditional care like chiropractic and acupuncture with conventional medicine can offer many benefits,” Nuzzi said. “This includes enhanced pain management, improved recovery and healing, reduced side effects, stress reduction, patient empowerment, and preventive care.”
Daniel Yoo is also joining the practice as its acupuncturist. Yoo is a board-certified acupuncturist and herbalist with more than eight years of experience. He specializes in pain management, orthopedics, and sports medicine. He has extensive experience treating patients with headaches/migraines, digestive problems, insomnia, stress and anxiety, reproductive/fertility issues and autoimmune conditions.
