Trenk Isabel Siddiqi & Shahdanian leases 4K SF at Sanzari property in Hackensack

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises on Tuesday said it negotiated a 3,913-square-foot office lease with Trenk Isabel Siddiqi & Shahdanian, P.C. at Court Plaza South located at 21 Main Street in Hackensack.

NAI James E. Hanson’s Andrew Somple, Jessica Curry and Jonathan Kristofich represented Alfred Sanzari Enterprises and Cushman & Wakefield’s Courtney Rosenkrantz and Ray Trevisan represented the tenant in the transaction.

Trenk Isabel Siddiqi & Shahdanian is a law firm known for servicing its clients in a wide range of practice areas including bankruptcy and corporate restructuring, commercial litigation, environmental law, government representation, labor and employment law, health and pharmacy law and land use and redevelopment. With additional offices in Livingston, N.J. and New York City, the firm provides clients with an in-depth analysis of their legal issues and solutions designed to grow their business or resolve disputes.
