Morristown-based law firm Riker Danzig recently welcomed associate Tyler Greenhill to the Firm’s Real Estate Group.
Greenhill focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions and leasing. He is experienced representing clients in the acquisition, sale, financing, and leasing of commercial, retail, office, multifamily, and industrial properties, as well as drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements. Greenhill has also represented various institutional lenders in both commercial and residential transactions.
Greenhill earned his J.D. from Touro University’s Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2020, where he participated in the honors and accelerated J.D. program. He received his B.S. in Criminology from the University of Tampa.
Before joining Riker Danzig, Greenhill was associate general counsel for a large real estate firm in New York City. Before that, he was an associate at a Long Island law firm.
