Cherry Hill-based Vantage Commercial represented both the buyer and seller in the sale of a mixed-use portfolio located in Atlantic County that consists of two individual properties with significant value-add potential.
The deal presented unique complexities, including the need to incorporate the seller’s remaining inventory from a closing business.
“The deal was not straightforward and took some patience and focus to get to the closing table,” Ken Richardson, vice president and partner at Vantage Commercial, said. “John Doss, senior advisor, was diligent in managing the seller throughout the process.”
