Reynolds Asset Management names former CIO of Denholtz as new CFO

Paramus-based Reynolds Asset Management recently tapped real estate finance veteran Stuart Green to join its team as chief financial officer. Bringing his extensive expertise, Green’s arrival comes at a time of the firm’s large-scale growth throughout the Northeast, Southeast and Midwest.

“As we continue to pursue additional ventures throughout the country, Stuart’s structured finance, institutional level investor relations and deal-striking background will ensure we’re positioned for success in an evolving market,” Lou Reynolds, founder and CEO of Reynolds Asset Management said. “Stuart’s vision and insight will be invaluable as we continue to expand and navigate the commercial real estate and capital markets landscape.”

With over 35 years of experience leading finance and investment operations, and as an expert in accounting, business development, financial analysis and project management, among others, Green’s leadership will be critical as Reynolds scales its operations.

Previously, Green has served as the COO on behalf on a large family office managing multiple hundred million dollar plus divisions, including real estate development and strategy. Prior to that role, he was the director of finance for Ladder Capital and the CIO for Denholtz Properties. Green currently acts as an Inspector to the Trustee of Creative Wealth Media Finance.
