Jaime Weiss, president of Weiss Realty based in Moonachie, announced it appointed JLL’s Industrial Group in Chicago, IL, led by Senior Vice President Conor Mullady, to oversee the leasing of a 488,000-square-foot warehouse located at 2500 North 22nd Street, Decatur, IL.
The property, part of a 650,000-square-foot industrial park spanning 138 acres, is available for immediate occupancy.
Formerly occupied by Caterpillar, the warehouse offers significant space on over 30 acres, presenting a prime opportunity for industrial tenants seeking well-positioned logistics or manufacturing space in the Midwest.

The Decatur property was originally acquired by Weiss Realty from Firestone in 2003 as part of a broader portfolio of industrial assets. Caterpillar had been a long-term tenant for over 15 years but has since consolidated its Decatur warehousing operations into a company-owned facility.
