Bussel Realty Corp. recently subleased the entirety of 355 Clearview Road in Edison – a 87,103-square-foot industrial building – on behalf of Meiya Capital Inc., the firm announced Monday.
Eric Koons, vice president of BRC, represented Meiya Capital Inc. in the transaction. The sublandlord, Inter-Metro Freight, was represented in-house.

The property is located in Raritan Center with access to the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway, Routes 1-9, 35 and 440 as well as the Outerbridge Crossing to Staten Island.
The property features 6,261-square-foot offices, 24-foot ceiling heights, 18 loading doors, T-5 lighting, wet sprinklers and 600 amps of electric power.
