 JLL Capital Markets said on Wednesday that it helped facilitate the sale of The Halden, a newly constructed 303-unit luxury multi-housing community in White Plains, New York.

The JLL Suburban Tri-State Capital Markets team worked on behalf of the sellers and procured the undisclosed buyer.
