Branchburg-based Larken Associates on Thursday announced that David Eickmeyer has been promoted to chief investment officer.
In his new role, Eickmeyer will oversee the short and long-term investment strategies for Larken Associates’ nearly four-million-square-foot commercial and 2,500-unit residential portfolio. Collaborating closely with the firm’s executive team, he will drive operational efficiency and identify value add opportunities across the portfolio.
Since joining Larken in 2017, Eickmeyer has been a key contributor to the firm’s asset management team, consistently driving collaboration, streamlining internal processes and fostering a shared vision of success among its 164 employees.
In addition to supporting the company’s long-term growth objectives, Eickmeyer will continue to lead commercial asset management operations, company-wide budget planning and its insurance and risk management practices.
