A 3,300-square-foot retail space in downtown Summit is now Home Power Yoga’s second location, via a lease arrangement brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty President Marcy Gross and Assistant Vice President Matt Leonelli.
At 333 Springfield Avenue, in a nine-store property on the corner of Summit Avenue that’s managed by Sheldon Gross Realty, the yoga studio is in the midst of Summit’s upscale business district. Chatham, Chatham Township, New Providence, and the Mall at Short Hills all are less than two miles away. And it’s only a quick, three-mile drive to downtown Madison.
“Summit’s shopping district is surrounded by some of the loveliest, most affluent communities in Morris and Union counties,” Gross notes. “It’s an ideal spot for this new yoga studio – which I can say with confidence because, as property manager of the building it’s located in, I know firsthand how the tenants thrive.”
Home Power Yoga, which offers in-studio, livestream, and outdoor classes, has its other location in Cranford.
