Regional Cancer Care Associates more than doubles its size with new 10K SF lease in Sparta

Regional Cancer Care Associates (RCCA) has leased a build-to-suit,10,000-square-foot space in Sparta, according to a recent announcement from Cresa’s New Jersey-based Medical Practice Group, led by Managing Principals Jonathan Marks and Dennis Gralla.

Located at 210 Woodport Road, the new location more than doubles the oncology care provider’s space from its current location at 89 Sparta Ave. where the organization has 4,730 square feet.

“Our new location allows us to expand our oncology care for our patients and provide access to advanced treatment options in a new, modern environment,” RCCA CEO Terrill Jordan said. “Our commitment to supporting local communities with high-quality cancer care remains our driving force, and this new space in Sparta highlights that mission.”

“This is another exciting step in RCCA’s strategic expansion and demonstrates the group’s commitment to serving its patients with safe and accessible facilities,” added Marks. “We look forward to assisting RCCA meet the demand for advanced oncology services.”

As part of RCCA’s recent regional growth, Marks and Gralla have arranged multiple leases for new or expanded locations including RCCA’s corporate headquarters in Teaneck (5,499 SF) as well as facilities in North Bergen, (12,587 SF); Riverdale (7,800 SF); and Holmdel, (6,000 SF).

In collaboration with Cresa’s New Jersey Project Management team led by Justin Eagle, and architect Bill Kimmerle of Kimmerle Newman, the duo has arranged multiple Chapter 800-compliant projects throughout the Northeast.

Cresa’s New Jersey-based Medical Practice Group specializes in advising physicians, medical groups, health systems and other health care corporations on real estate strategies and portfolios.

NAI James E. Hanson’s John Schilp represented ownership, Berardi Building Company, in the transaction.
