Consider Morristown: In the past few years, SJP has played a key role in the transformation of Morristown, bringing more than 500,000 square feet of new commercial development.
M Station, a development featuring two Class A headquarters-quality buildings (M Station East, a six-story 120,000-square-foot headquarters for Deloitte New Jersey and M Station West, a seven-story, 260,000-square foot Sanofi flagship, now under construction), is the most significant commercial development planned for Morristown in more than 30 years.
In summer 2023, SJP completed Valley Bank’s 125,000-square-foot headquarters on Speedwell Avenue in Morristown.
SJP’s latest transformative masterpiece will come in New Brunswick, where the firm is working to create a new home for Nokia Bell Labs at the HELIX, a unique design challenge that will require all of SJP’s unique skillsets.
