Archer & Greiner announced it made a $6,000 donation to Cathedral Kitchen, an emergency food provider in Camden. The funds, raised through an exciting partnership between the firm’s Sports & Entertainment Group and INDYCAR driver Christian Rasmussen, will support the nonprofit’s crucial mission of lifting people out of food insecurity.
Archer hosted a charity go-kart tournament on Nov. 13 at K1 Speed Cinnaminson, where guests and members of the Archer and Cathedral Kitchen teams competed alongside Christian for first, second and third place, with donations made in each of the top three finishers’ names.
In Camden, 39% of the population lives below the federal poverty level, and Cathedral Kitchen provides more than 100,000 meals each year to individuals, families and the elderly.
“We were thrilled to partner with Christian for this memorable event, which will bring much needed relief to our neighbors in time for the holiday season,” Archer partner David Weinstein said. “We can’t thank Christian enough for his support and we look forward to cheering him on this season.”
Archer is proud to sponsor Christian, a stand-out driver for Ed Carpenter Racing in the INDYCAR Series. In 2024, Christian won the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona and placed 12th in the Indianapolis 500, the highest finish for a rookie. He was also crowned the 2023 INDY NXT By Firestone champion, after earning five wins, eight podiums and 13 Top 10 finishes in 14 races.
