Interstate Waste Services recently added nearly 30,000 square feet to its Glenpointe corporate campus in Teaneck, bringing the company’s total space to 47,545 square feet, according to a Monday announcement from the building’s owner and management firm, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
Sanzari was represented by Newmark’s Jeff Schotz, Dan Reider, Peter Kasparian and David Simson and Interstate Waste Services was represented by Andrew Zezas of Real Estate Strategies Corporation.
A tenant at Glenpointe since 2013, Interstate Waste Services is one of the nation’s fastest growing and most innovative waste collection, disposal and recycling companies.
