3d Luminous man. Leadership. First in a pyramid

Newark-based Integrity House, a nonprofit dedicated to providing comprehensive addiction treatment, recovery, and mental health services, recently announced it elevated three key members to its senior leadership team. These distinguished professionals, Georges Mombrun, Jenna Marcella and Katie Kena, bring extensive experience, innovation, and commitment to Integrity House’s mission. Their appointments will strengthen Integrity House’s ability to deliver high-quality, impactful services to the communities of New Jersey and beyond.

The new promotions and appointments include:

Georges Mombrun, LCSW, LCADC – Senior Director

Mombrun has been a cornerstone of Integrity House since joining in 2013 as a Housing Case Manager. With a decade of dedicated service, Mombrun has overseen numerous strategic initiatives and programs aimed at addressing homelessness and enhancing support for vulnerable populations. Holding both a master’s degree in social work from Rutgers University and licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LCADC), Georges brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and strategic acumen.

Mombrun has been vital in strengthening Integrity’s partnerships with Bergen New Bridge Medical Center and the Hudson County Corrections & Rehabilitation Center, advancing Integrity House’s community reach. He has championed inclusion, diversity, and equity efforts through his role as chair of the IDEA committee, while also working to expand Integrity House’s educational affiliations to over 28 academic institutions. Under his leadership, Integrity House’s capacity at the Hudson County Corrections & Rehabilitation Center has tripled, and the organization is set to open Bergen County’s first Harm Reduction Center in 2024.

Jenna Marcella, LCSW, LCADC – Senior Director A dedicated team member since 2013, Marcella began her journey with Integrity House as a student intern and rose to become an integral leader in residential care and clinical oversight. Marcella, a graduate of Fordham University with a master’s degree in social work, has over a decade of experience in mental health and substance use treatment, and is licensed as both a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LCADC).

Her deep understanding of the therapeutic community model and commitment to trauma-informed care have driven substantial progress in Integrity House’s residential programs. Her role will expand to overseeing all residential programs at the Secaucus campus including the organization’s largest residential facility while focusing on optimizing clinical outcomes. Marcella’s experience extends beyond Integrity House; she is a respected voice on the Hudson County Professional Advisory Committee and a member of NJAMHAA’s Residential Providers Practice Group.

Katie (Tracy) Kena, LCSW – Senior Director

Kena joined Integrity House in 2020 as the Project Director for the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) and has been instrumental in the clinic’s successful launch. Katie’s background includes a Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University and licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Katie adds extensive experience in mental health services, specializing in trauma-informed care, suicide prevention, and the expansion of services for marginalized populations.

Kena has implemented key grants to enhance Integrity House’s mental health services, including initiatives for the LGBTQ+ community and Contingency Management services. She is also a national advisor for the National Council for Mental Wellbeing’s CCBHC Expansion Grantee program. Her commitment to strategic growth will now be demonstrated in her leadership of Integrity House’s efforts to expand licensed mental health programming.

“We are thrilled to welcome Georges, Jenna, and Katie to our Senior Leadership Team,” Robert Budsock, Integrity House president and CEO, said. “Their experience, dedication, and vision are invaluable assets that will strengthen our organization’s direct impact on the communities we serve.
