43,000 SF property in Cherry Hill purchased with intent of restoring it as industrial facility

In a show of how strong the need for industrial real estate remains throughout the state, Sean Kelly of KBC Advisors, represented the undisclosed buyer of a 43,000-square-foot facility in Cherry Hill with the intent to restore the property to its original purpose as an industrial facility, Vantage Commercial announced Thursday.

The facility, at 1930 Olney Avenue, was sold by a Vantage team led by CEO Leor Hemo and Managing Director Emily Stein, who were representing the seller, Vandalay and Company.

“This transaction highlights the vibrancy of Cherry Hill’s commercial real estate market,” Hemo said. “We are thrilled to have facilitated the sale of this unique industrial asset. The process was seamless and collaborative, thanks to the professionalism of all parties involved. We’re proud to have delivered a successful outcome for our client while collaborating with a buyer dedicated to optimizing the property’s industrial potential.”

Saul and Jeff Freedman of Vandalay praised Vantage.

“Vantage Commercial exceeded our expectations in every way,” they said. “They secured a sale price for our corporate headquarters that far surpassed our initial projections. The team’s exceptional communication, efficiency, and dedication to helping us find a new location perfectly suited to our needs were invaluable.”
