JBIZ Expo 2024 coming to Atlantic City Dec. 10

JBIZ Expo 2024, an event sponsored by the Orthodox Jewish Chamber of Commerce that aims to unify communities, governmental bodies and leadership across diverse sectors, will be held Dec. 10 at Harrah’s in Atlantic City.

Chamber CEO Duvi Honig said JBIZ Expo aims to provide a unique networking environment for business service providers. Exhibitors will have the chance to engage with networks and develop business contacts beyond their usual circles, opening doors to new relationships and ventures that might have otherwise remained inaccessible, he said.

The expo promises a comprehensive, full-day conference agenda, featuring distinguished speakers and panelists across various sectors. Key topics of discussion will include life sciences, technology, innovation, and burgeoning opportunities within New Jersey’s movie industry.

Additionally, attendees will explore how businesses can capitalize on the impending $2 billion revenue influx from FIFA leadership, engage in discussions about financing, and hear from trade ministers and government officials on pressing economic opportunities.

The expo’s Life Science Panel will be led by Dr. Nelson Arboleda, director of the Americas at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Global Affairs, a pivotal figure in shaping global health initiatives, brings unmatched expertise and leadership experience to the event.

Financial insights will be delivered by Lisa Oliva, deputy director and senior business advisor at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, who will present a financial program designed to support the funding of new businesses.

The hope is to create a platform that paves the way for a higher level of networking, business opportunities and partnerships – allowing all businesses to expand their base, he said.

The event is being held in collaboration with leading chambers of commerce and government entities, including the N.J. Economic Development Authoity, Choose New Jersey, the N.J. State Chamber, the N.J. Business & Industry Association and RWJ Barnabas Health.
