International metals firm renews office lease at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Glenpointe

Auramet International, Inc. recently signed a renewal lease for a 4,818-square-foot office space at the Glenpointe corporate campus in Teaneck, according to a Wednesday announcement from Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
Auramet has been headquartered at Glenpointe since 2013.
Chris DeLorenzo, vice president and director of leasing and marketing and Carolina Gutierrez, manager of leasing and marketing represented Sanzari in the transaction while Jason Fray, managing principal of Cresa, represented the tenant.
Auramet is a global leader in the precious metals industry, specializing in physical metal trading, financing, and advisory services to participants throughout the metals supply chain. Founded in 2004, the company has grown to one of the largest physical metals merchants in the world with over $20B in annual revenue and has provided more than $1B worth of financing facilities.

Glenpointe comprises over 670,000 square feet across four interconnected office, amenity and hotel buildings, plus a standalone, dual-branded hotel. The campus’ strategic location at the intersection of Interstate 80 and the New Jersey Turnpike offers direct access to Midtown Manhattan via the nearby George Washington Bridge.
