North Jersey Physical Therapy Associates leases Morristown office location

A 1,775-square-foot space within a two-story, medical office building in historic Morristown has been leased by North Jersey Physical Therapy Associates. The arrangement was brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty President Marcy Gross and Vice President Eric Weston, who represented the tenant.

Located at 1201 Mt. Kemble Avenue, in an office building made distinctive by its angular exterior design, the physical therapy practice is less than a five-minute drive from Route 287 and less than 10 minutes from Morristown Green. In addition, it’s only five miles from Route 78.

“The success of a PT practice is often dictated by how large an area it can draw patients from,” explains Gross. “That said, North Jersey Physical Therapy Associates has a uniquely favorable location, in that multiple communities in Morris, Somerset, and Union counties are no more than 20 minutes away. And on top of all that, the Mt. Kemble Avenue property offers terrific interior accommodations and parking options.”

With a 30-year history and another location in Hackettstown, North Jersey Physical Therapy Associates offers a range of services that include chronic pain treatment, cranial facial therapy, TMJ therapy, and much more.
