C&W named exclusive leasing agent for 40 & 45 Technology Drive in Warren

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has been retained as the exclusive leasing agent for 40 & 45 Technology Drive, two flex-office buildings totaling 145,804 square feet in Warren.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Charles Parmelli and William O’Keefe will serve as the exclusive leasing agents on behalf of the landlord, CSB Holdings.

40 Technology Drive is a 100,000-square-foot property and includes 4,500 square feet of storage with two loading docks. 45 Technology Drive is a 45,804-square-foot, two-story property featuring the opportunity for office and laboratory on each floor with 8,015 square feet of high-bay space for additional warehouse, pilot-plant or other uses.

The property is located only 1.5 miles from the I-78 Interchange at Exit 36, and only a two-minute drive to the center of Warren providing easy access to numerous restaurants, shopping opportunities, and services.
