Larken welcomes first residents to new Warren County multifamily community

Monte View at Pohatcong is 35% pre-leased ahead of April 2025 completion

Larken Associates is welcoming its first residents to Monte View at Pohatcong, a new 120-unit luxury multifamily complex located on 1001 Monte View Drive in Pohatcong. The community is currently 35% leased ahead of its expected April 2025 completion.
Located just off Interstate 78 less than a mile from the New Jersey and Pennsylvania border in western Warren County, Monte View at Pohatcong comprises three multi-story garden-style buildings and one four-story elevatored building with a ground-level clubhouse. The community features a resort-style amenity package which includes a heated outdoor pool, dog run, tot lot, fitness center, co-working center, game room, and more.

Monte View at Pohatcong is the latest Larken Living community to open its doors over the last two years. Most recently, the firm welcomed residents to The Reserve at Crosswicks, a 272-unit community located in Bordentown, N.J., and The Ridge at Readington, a 254-unit community located in Whitehouse Station, N.J. Looking ahead, Larken Associates is currently constructing its largest multifamily project to date – Trailside Village, a 21-building, 420-unit luxury multifamily community located in Forks Township, Pa., coming in 2026.
