TD Bank names Allison Robinson as head of U.S. Consumer Solutions, Service and Operations

TD Bank announced on Monday that Allison Robinson as head of U.S. Consumer Solutions, Service and Operations. Robinson will oversee day-to-day store operations, network and mass affluent strategy, store transformation, sales and advice, and customer experience. She will report to Matt Boss, head of U.S. Consumer Banking.

“Allison joins us at a critical moment for TD and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of retail distribution strategy, including branch operations, market planning, mass affluent banking and front-line talent management,” Boss said. “Our stores remain critically important to the success of the Consumer Bank, and I am excited to have Allison onboard to help us execute against our many retail-focused priorities in the coming years.”

Robinson joins TD after 20 years at Truist, where she led teams in mortgage, marketing, commercial and consumer banking. Most recently as head of Branch and Premier Banking, she led a team of approximately 13,000, serving mass affluent and branch clients at more than 2,000 locations across the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and Texas footprint.
