New Jersey Realtors names 2025 leadership team

Kathy Morin, of East Brunswick was named the 2025 New Jersey Realtors president last week during the Triple Play Realtor Convention & Trade Expo President’s Installation and Gala.

New Jersey Realtors, the largest trade association in the state, also installed Gloria Siciliano as president-elect; Judy Moriarty as first vice president; Jairo Rodriguez as treasurer; and Gloria Monks as immediate past president.

New Jersey Realtors is the state trade association representing almost 60,000 Realtor members. The association serves as the voice for real estate in New Jersey and, along with being a leading advocate for private property rights and homeownership, provides essential services and programs to its members and consumers alike.

Morin is the team leader and broker associate at RE/MAX ONE, Team RoKa, Cranbury. Licensed for more than 30 years, she holds a broker-salesperson’s license and is also a licensed instructor.

“I am deeply honored to serve as president this year,” Morin said. “I know this role, which represents almost 60,000 professionals across the state, comes with immense responsibility and I’m ready to put in the work it will take to keep us moving forward. We will continue to raise the profile of Realtors across the state, embrace opportunities as they come to us, and above all else, help our clients achieve the American Dream of homeownership.
