Middletown-based T&M Associates recently welcomed Clyde Higgs, president & CEO of Atlanta Beltline, to T&M as a member of the board of directors.
Higgs will provide advice and oversight in strategic planning, client relations, governance, and technology focused solutions. As a collaborative minded executive, he has extensive experience leading complex infrastructure initiatives, strategic planning, technology commercialization, real estate development, and government relations.
Under his leadership with Atlanta Beltline Higgs has expanded the Beltline’s strong working relationships with private and public partners across the region, state, and country to provide a network of public parks, multi-use trails, and transit along a historic 22-mile railroad corridor circling downtown Atlanta while connecting more than 45 neighborhoods catalyzing economic growth.
“Clyde brings specialized knowledge and experience with successful stakeholder engagement on large scale redevelopment projects,” Gary Dahms, T&M’s president and CEO, said. “He provides a diverse perspective to providing equitable solutions that will support our mission of enhancing the quality of life for the communities we serve.”
Higgs earned his Bachelor of Art in Psychology from the University of South Alabama and his Master of Public Administration from East Carolina University.
