Bussel Realty Corp. on Monday announced it brokered the sale of Suite 201C, an 1,880-square-foot office condominium unit at 2 Ethel Road in Edison, to Metuchen Work First LLC for $450,000.
Steve Bussel, president of BRC represented the seller, Dr. Gopal Sinha, in the transaction. The buyer was represented in-house.
The property is one of five commercial buildings comprising Durham Center, a 200,000-square-foot office complex located off Exit 3 of I-287 and minutes to Exit 10 of the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway, Routes 1-9, 35 and 440 as well as the Outerbridge Crossing to Staten Island, New York.
