Azureon, a Newark-based pool care platform serving customers across the Northeast, announced it recently appointed Mike Todd as chief integration and development officer and Nina Sornoza Ordonez as director of Human Resources.
Todd has over 30 years of pool industry experience in various roles at Rainbow Pools, a full-service pool care business in New York’s Hudson Valley. He has spent the last 17 years as president of Rainbow, carrying on a family legacy that started in 1964. As the Chief Integration and Development Officer for Azureon, Todd will work with the entire Azureon team to perform pre-and-post LOI diligence and operational / sales assessments, lead the post-close integration process, develop annual growth plans, lead retail best practices, and be the seller representative to the Board of Directors.
Sornoza Ordonez brings a wealth of experience scaling Human Resources departments in high growth environments, most recently at PumpMan and Premio Foods. Her skillset encompasses all aspects of HR from annual benefits enrollments to HRIS systems implementations. As the director of Human Resources for Azureon, Sornoza Ordonez will leverage these experiences to make Azureon the employer of choice for top talent in the area.
