Marcus & Millichap recently announced the sale of a 10,192-square-foot retail center in Wyckoff, for $4,275,000.
“Bergen County strip centers usually don’t hit the market often, but when they do, there’s usually a tremendous amount of interest,” Alan Cafiero, senior managing director investments said. “It came as no surprise that’s what happened here with this strip in Wyckoff.”
Cafiero, David Cafiero and John Moroz, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer.
The retail center, built in 1990 and renovated in 2020, is located at 403-411 Goffle Road at the signalized intersection of Goffle Road and Wyckoff Avenue. Anchored by JAG-ONE Physical Therapy, the property includes several local service-oriented tenants.
