Tim Shaw has been promoted to vice president and Jake Bunker to senior construction manager at The Alban Group, a Newark-based firm.

Shaw, with more than ten years of experience in the construction industry and a background in engineering and project management, has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and success. His expertise in coordination, phasing, and value engineering on commercial projects, combined with his strategic vision and leadership abilities, have positioned him as a key figure within the organization, executive vice president Tammy Smith said.

Coming from a family of contractors, Bunker’s hands-on experience and deep understanding of both the trade and administrative aspects of construction have made him an invaluable asset to the company. His unique ability to bridge the gap between field operations and project management ensures seamless coordination and successful project execution.
