MAD Global Strategy, a leading bipartisan public affairs firm based in New Jersey, announced that Jai Chabria has been elevated to partner.
Chabria, who joined MAD Global in 2022, is a leading political strategist, having worked in the most senior roles of presidential, gubernatorial, and senate campaigns. Chabria runs MAD Global’s Ohio operation, focused on growing the company’s regional footprint, as well as its national presence.

Chabria’s resume is impressive. He recently served as chief strategist and general consultant for U.S. Senator JD Vance’s nationally watched campaign. He continues to be a key advisor to Vice President-elect Vance. He also served as chief strategist and general consultant for West Virginia Governor-elect Patrick Morrisey’s successful election in 2024.
In addition to campaign strategy, Chabria has a deep understanding of internal government operations, serving as a senior advisor to Ohio Governor John Kasich for five years, providing strategic, legislative, and messaging guidance for most of his key initiatives.
As head of personnel for the state of Ohio, Chabria recruited and hired over a dozen cabinet directors and their senior staff members. He also oversaw all gubernatorial appointments, including over 100 judicial appointments and one Justice to the Ohio Supreme Court.
Chabria has worked in Ohio politics for over 25 years and has clients across the United States, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to trade associations, to nonprofits.
