Woodmont Properties has expanded its leadership team, to support the company’s robust pipeline of over $2 billion in commercial and multifamily projects in key markets across the Northeast and Southern U.S.
Blaise Lucas, CPA, has been appointed vice president of accounting. Bringing nearly 20 years of real estate accounting experience to his new role, Lucas will oversee Woodmont’s financial policies, provide direction for all accounting functions and ensure proper financial controls are in place. Before joining Woodmont, Lucas served as SVP and controller at Vornado Realty Trust, held roles at Turner Construction and Deloitte and led his own firm, Lucas Financial. He holds an accounting degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey and is a licensed CPA.

Louis DeVos was promoted to senior vice president of Property and Commercial Asset Management;

Melanie Diaz,now serves as vice president of Business Operations and System Integration;

Ty’ya Pettis is now director of Strategic Marketing and Communications; and

Additionally, Woodmont welcomed two professionals to its industrial team, Woodmont Industrial Partners: Danielle Versnel as Asset Coordinator and Cole Kreshpane as Assistant Project Manager.
