Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey & Philadelphia signs long-term lease in Toms River

Vantage Real Estate Services on Thursday announced that Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia signed a long-term lease for a modern retail space at Fischer Plaza, located at 1001 Fischer Boulevard in Toms River.

The new Goodwill store, spanning 19,776 square feet is designed to support the nonprofit’s mission by providing a convenient place to donate unwanted items and shop for treasures.

The store is expected to open in the summer of 2025.

Leor Hemo, CEO and president of Vantage Commercial, worked closely with Goodwill to identify and secure this prime location. “It is always a pleasure to work with Leor Hemo. His professionalism and determination is what make deals happen,” Michael Shaw COO, Goodwill Industries of Southern NJ and Philadelphia, said.

“Currently, we operate one stand-alone donation site in Toms River and another location in Bayville as well as a Career Opportunity Center,” he said.

Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia is a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming lives through the power of work. Its mission focuses on providing job training and career services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.
