The Kislak Company recently sold a former Goddard School in Jackson for $2.8 million.
Located at 178 West Veterans Highway, the 8,060-square-foot commercial building includes on-site parking. The building was meticulously maintained and has a five-year old roof. The property is also across the street from the Jackson police station. 178 West Veterans Highway provides great visibility and accessibility with CVS, Quick Chek and Jackson High School nearby.
Kislak marketed the property on behalf of the seller with senior vice president Daniel Lanni handling the assignment, and he also procured the purchaser. The parties were not disclosed.
“We had an offer and acceptance within 30 days of commencing our exclusive engagement and closed in less than 90 days. The Goddard School had recently closed and the property was delivered vacant to the all-cash purchaser,” Lanni said.
