PNK Holdings said it recently acquired a fully entitled 25-acre land site from Quad Partners at 7 Waterford Road in Hammonton for $8.2 million.
This development is designed to support warehouse distribution and light manufacturing with the sale marking a significant milestone for the region’s industrial market.
Located along NJ-73 and minutes from the AC Expressway, the site is fully approved to build a 280,800-square-foot industrial facility.
PNK will begin construction in early 2025, incorporating modern infrastructure with high clear heights, excess trailer parking, and significant water, sewer, and power capacities.
The seller was represented by the team at Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania LLC, including Tony Rod, Andrew Landolfi and Sean Campbell.
