BFP Properties sold a 4,100 square foot office building located at 23 Harker Avenue, Berlin to Badmacs Holdings, according to a Friday announcement from WCRE.
The price of the sale was not disclosed.
WCRE’s Brian Goren, senior advisor, exclusively represented BFP in the transaction.
Badmacs selected this location for its easy access to Routes 70 and 30, I-295, and NJ Turnpike and having a close proximity to various national retailers such as, Shoprite, Walmart, and Chick-fil-a.
This transaction adds to WCRE’s growing portfolio of successful office transactions in the South Jersey region.
