Eman Gibson, the chief clinical officer of Integrity House, has been appointed as an at-large director on the board of The National Council for Mental Wellbeing.
Gibson, a recognized leader in addiction treatment and mental wellbeing, said she is eager to serve.
“The fiduciary duty as a Board member of a highly influential national organization carries a tremendous weight, as it extends far beyond our local region,” she said. “I am honored to take on such a prominent role as a member of The National Council Board and look forward to lending my expertise and experience to support the mission of The National Council.
“I look forward to participating in larger discussions that highlight the importance of advocacy for legislation that impacts access to mental health and addiction treatment on both state and federal levels.”

In addition to her role at Integrity House, Gibson serves on the Professional Advisory Committee for the New Jersey Department of Human Services, Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services, and is a surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
